We had a lovely stay at a hotel in Hidalgo. the location was ideal, as it provided easy access to nearby attractions and had a beautiful restaurant on-site. the room was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious.
I did notice that some staff members were rude and unhelpful, which detracted from the overall experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The facility was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning terrace and a great swimming pool. The location was also ideal, as it was centrally located and allowed us easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even helping us with our luggage. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we were impressed with the amenities provided, such as the in-room safe and ironing facilities. The restaurant on-site served delicious food, and we enjoyed a wonderful dining experience there.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel had a couple of good things like a nice room view and a comfortable bed, which were great for a city break. the hotel was in a convenient location and had a friendly staff that was accommodating.
I have to admit that my overall experience was not a positive one. The staff was often rude and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcomed.

The facility was beautiful, clean, and had a great location. The on-site restaurant served amazing food, and the staff was super helpful in getting our luggage out.

The hotel location was great, it was close to many attractions and the city center. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Our experience was not as we had hoped. Being New Year's Eve, there were events held all around the hotel, which was great.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The best aspects were the excellent cleanliness and hotel facilities. Additionally, the location was perfect, and the staff was helpful and friendly.
